2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart (WR Edition)

Before 2025 dynasty rookie drafts kick off, let’s review the trade values for the top 50 non-rookie wide receivers in dynasty fantasy football. In dynasty, there are many factors to take into consideration when deciding a receiver’s draft capital value. Age, competition, quarterback, volume, production, and other metrics come into play in determining a player’s worth as a dynasty asset.

In this article, we will be outlining the overall value of the top 50 wideouts in dynasty fantasy football. They have been split into tiers based on their trade value, and we will take a look at certain players within each tier.

Let’s discuss some trade values ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft!

Tier 1 - 2/3 1sts

These wideouts are the best of the best. As true game-changers for any dynasty team on which they are rostered, the players in this tier are easily worth multiple first-round picks.

The upper-tier players in this range include Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Puka Nacua. All of these receivers have logged multiple seasons of elite production and are still relatively early into their careers.

The other eight players in this tier have either proven themselves to be extremely productive over their careers or have remarkably high potential within the next few years.

Malik Nabers, Brian Thomas Jr., and Ladd McConkey, for example, are all coming off rookie seasons in which they each put up 1,000+ receiving yards. We still haven’t seen their true ceilings in fantasy, and they could easily move up in this tier very soon.

Overall, these 13 players all have immense value in dynasty fantasy football and are worth multiple first-round picks if you are trying to trade for them. They can immediately help your team compete for a championship and are the type of assets to build your team around.

Tier 2 - Early/Mid 1st

This next tier of wide receivers is not to be underestimated. While they each have some kind of hindrance to their fantasy value, such as age, competition, or lack of volume, they are all capable of producing top-ten fantasy finishes as their position.

Tee Higgins, Jordan Addison, DeVonta Smith, and Jaylen Waddle are some of the best second-options at receiver in the entire NFL. While their ceiling may be slightly capped because of the superstars they share the field with, they are still extremely talented and have the skills to consistently demand targets.

I also believe that every player in this tier is able to fill the spot as a WR1 on a dynasty team, meaning that they are all absolutely worth a mid-to-late first-round pick.

What separates Garrett Wilson and Tee Higgins from the rest of this tier is the combination of their age and role in their offenses. Wilson is the unquestioned top receiver in New York and will be teaming up with his college teammate, Justin Fields. Higgins is the WR2 on what is arguably the best passing attack in the NFL in Cincinnati.

This being the case, those top two players are worth slightly more than the rest of this tier.

Tier 3 - Late 1st/Early 2nd

These thirteen wideouts are all valuable enough to fetch a pick around the turn in rookie drafts through a trade. A pick at the end of the first or the beginning of the second is a fair price for any of these players based on their dynasty outlooks. For several of these receivers, injury history is a concern regarding their trade value, dropping them from Tier 2 to Tier 3.

These players include Brandon Aiyuk, Rashee Rice, Chris Olave, and Chris Godwin, all of whom had their 2024 seasons cut short due to injury. A player's health is one of the most important aspects of determining dynasty outlook because, as we all know, availability is the best ability.

Other players on this list have shown great improvement over the last few seasons but must display that they can sustain that growth into 2025. Consistency is key in dynasty, and these players could move up a tier if they are able to continue their success. Xavier Worthy, Khalil Shakir, Josh Downs, Jameson Williams, and Jerry Jeudy fit this description well.

Many of the players in this tier combine youth with a high ceiling. Their upside is clearly visible, and they have the ability to shoot up rankings in the right situation.

Not all of these players are trending in the right direction, but they all still have a lot of value in fantasy football. Many of them are solid trade targets if you are trying to improve your wide receiver room.

Tier 4 - Mid/Late 2nd

Though we are approaching the end of the list, the players in Tier 4 are still very relevant in dynasty fantasy football. They can provide very solid production at the wide receiver position for your dynasty team and have the potential to vastly outperform their price tag.

However, many of these players have something holding them back, whether it’s one of the factors we outlined at the beginning or something else entirely. Nonetheless, they are ranked in my top 50 for a reason. Keon Coleman, Jalen McMillan, Marvin Mims Jr., Ricky Pearsall, and Xavier Legette are pretty big question marks as far as their roles in 2025. However, each of them has undeniable talent that will make it hard to keep them off the field.

Michael Pittman and Jayden Reed are both still fairly young but have experienced fluctuating production so far in their careers. While they have shown the ability to be extremely productive, Indianapolis and Green Bay each have an exciting group of young wideouts eager to earn more targets, capping Pittman and Reed’s volume.

Overall, there are an incredible number of things that go into an outlook in dynasty fantasy football. Being able to make a successful trade by acquiring one of these players at the right time can get your team even closer to a fantasy championship. If you use these charts, you can avoid being fleeced by your league mates before your rookie draft!
