With the 2025 NFL Draft rapidly approaching, It’s time to revisit our overall rankings for redraft fantasy football leagues. Since the start of free agency, several of these rankings have changed. Many teams have acquired new players on the offensive side of the ball, impacting those already on the roster.
I anticipate these rankings changing once again after the NFL Draft. However, it’s always good to see where things stand at this point in the offseason. Let’s get into next year’s rankings!
Format: 1QB, PPR
1.01. Ja’Marr Chase
(WR, CIN)
Ja’Marr Chase keeps his place at the top of my overall rankings into April. Not much has changed with his situation. Chase led the NFL in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns in 2024, posting elite fantasy production in the process.
I always expected both Chase and wideout Tee Higgins to sign extensions with Cincinnati, which is exactly what happened, locking the pair in long-term. With Chase, Higgins, and Joe Burrow tied to the team for several more years, this Bengals offense will remain among the best in the NFL, further cementing Chase’s status among the elite wideouts of the league.
1.02. Saquon Barkley
(RB, PHI)
Saquon Barkley is my second-ranked player overall. He had a historic season in 2024, rushing for 2,005 yards and averaging 5.8 yards per carry. He will look to repeat the same success after a Super Bowl Championship and a record-setting extension.
Barkley will likely receive similar volume in 2025, making him an elite fantasy option at the running back position once again.
1.03. Justin Jefferson
(WR, MIN)
Justin Jefferson silenced any doubt about his ability to produce with a new quarterback, putting up 1,533 receiving yards with Sam Darnold under center. The superstar wideout will once again have a new man at quarterback, with 2024 first-round pick J.J. McCarthy making his regular season debut in 2025.
I don’t expect Jefferson’s production to decrease much at all next year. MacCarthy is set up for success with a strong offensive line and supporting cast around him. Plus, Minnesota’s offense has a history of getting the most out of their quarterbacks. Jefferson will be a top-three wide receiver for fantasy football again in 2025.
1.04. Bijan Robinson
(RB, ATL)
Bijan Robinson saw his stats take a huge leap in his second NFL season. Robinson managed to compile 1,456 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns in a fantastic sophomore campaign, becoming one of the best running backs in the sport.
Atlanta has a very good offensive line for Robinson to work with, so he is absolutely worth a top-four pick in redraft leagues. Bijan Robinson is one of the league’s best offensive players, and he will continue his ascent to fantasy greatness next season.
1.05. Jahmyr Gibbs
(RB, DET)
Jahmyr Gibbs turned in an elite sophomore season in 2024. He was one of the most productive players in the fantasy football playoffs, leading many teams to a league championship. His consistency was astonishing, boosted by his high efficiency and usage as a receiver.
Jahmyr Gibbs is a safe bet to once again finish as a top-five fantasy running back. Detroit has an elite offensive line and one of the best offenses in football. The 2024 first-round pick will not disappoint fantasy managers despite the departure of former offensive coordinator Ben Johnson.
1.06. Amon-Ra St. Brown
(WR, DET)
Amon-Ra St. Brown was one of the safest players in all of 2024 fantasy football. His production was headlined by elite red zone usage and volume, thriving as Detroit’s top receiver. Wideout Jameson Williams also emerged as a great complement to St. Brown, so the Lions’ offense will be hard to stop in 2025.
St. Brown is one of the easiest selections of the first round, so don’t overthink this one. It will be business as usual for the USC product next season, and a top-three finish at his position is definitely within reach.
1.07. CeeDee Lamb
(WR, DAL)
CeeDee Lamb, like the entire Dallas Cowboys franchise, struggled in 2024. After quarterback Dak Prescott’s season-ending injury, Dallas’ season was effectively over. However, that didn’t stop Lamb from amassing 1,194 receiving yards without his starting quarterback under center.
Lamb has proven that he will produce no matter who is throwing the football for the Cowboys. He has an extremely high floor and ceiling for 2025 and an argument to be placed even higher on these rankings.
1.08. Malik Nabers
(WR, NYG)
Malik Nabers has continued to rise up my rankings over the last month. With New York’s acquisition of both Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson at quarterback, it is now clear that Nabers will have a starting-caliber player to catch footballs from.
The rookie impressed in an unreal inaugural season, logging 1,204 receiving yards and seven receiving touchdowns in an offense with three different starting quarterbacks.
With a competent signal-caller under center in 2025, I believe that Nabers will become the NFL’s newest superstar at the receiver position. He should be drafted in the first round with confidence.
1.09. Puka Nacua
(WR, LAR)
Puka Nacua started off the season poorly, suffering a significant knee injury in Week 1 that sidelined him for the following five contests. He averaged 95.5 yards per game after his return, reminding fantasy managers just how impactful he is in fantasy football.
Nacua truly silenced the doubters down the stretch of the 2024 season, so I expect him to remain a strong first-round option despite Los Angeles’ signing of star wideout Davante Adams.
1.10. Brian Thomas Jr.
(WR, JAX)
Brian Thomas Jr. led all rookies in receiving yards with an impressive mark of 1,282 in his first NFL season. Much of his production was achieved with Mac Jones at quarterback after Trevor Lawrence sustained a season-ending injury.
With his starting quarterback back in the lineup, Thomas could be even better in his second season. Expect big things from the LSU product in 2025.
1.11. Nico Collins
(WR, HOU)
Nico Collins managed to put up 1,006 receiving yards in 12 games in 2024. He will return as Houston’s top receiver next season, and if he manages to stay healthy, he could produce a top-five fantasy receiver season.
After a breakout season in 2023, Collins is still worth a first-round pick despite an injury-plagued campaign. He is one of the league’s best receivers and will have no trouble finding the end zone in 2025.
1.12. Drake London
(WR, ATL)
Drake London is one of my favorite players in all of 2025 fantasy football. London broke out in 2024, finishing as a top-five fantasy receiver while logging 1,271 receiving yards and nine receiving touchdowns in the process.
He showed great on-field chemistry with rookie quarterback Michael Penix Jr. through the last few games of the year, so the pair have the chance to develop into one of the NFL’s best duos if they pick up right where they left off.
Riskiest Pick (Round 1)
Nico Collins
Collins is a fantastic player, but Houston’s poor offensive line play in 2024 concerns me for the team’s passing game in 2025. The wideout could struggle to produce if quarterback C.J. Stroud doesn’t have enough time to get him the ball.
Best Potential Value (Round 1)
Drake London
Drake London already displayed that he could be an elite fantasy wide receiver in 2024. I fully expect Atlanta’s offense to soar to new heights with Penix, Robinson, and London playing together.
London has all of the skills required to maintain his position among the league’s best receivers. I don’t see much in his path that could derail fantasy dominance in 2025.
2.01. De’Von Achane
(RB, MIA)
De’Von Achane managed to put to rest any concerns over his ability to play a full season, finishing as a top fantasy running back while playing all 17 games. His production greatly increases with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa on the field, so if Miami’s offense can stay healthy, Achane will continue to be one of fantasy football’s most explosive players.
His receiving value is undeniably elite after putting up 592 yards and six scores through the air in 2024, so Achane will enter the season as one of the best receiving backs in the entire NFL.
2.02. Jaxon Smith-Njigba
(WR, SEA)
Jaxon Smith-Njigba will be the top target in a Seattle offense that has undergone much change this offseason. Veteran wideouts D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are no longer with the team, and Geno Smith was traded to Las Vegas.
Seattle signed Sam Darnold to a three-year, $100.5 contract early in free agency. If Seattle can protect their new quarterback, Smith-Njigba should be able to build off of a breakout 2024 season.
2.03. Derrick Henry
(RB, BAL)
Derrick Henry continued to produce elite numbers in 2024 at the age of 30 during his first season in Baltimore. He will still be used as a workhorse running back, especially in the red zone, next season.
At this point, I plan to keep drafting Henry in fantasy until he retires. He is a future Hall Of Famer and is one of the best running backs in the league entering the 2025 season.
2.04. Jonathan Taylor
(RB, IND)
Jonathan Taylor was having a relatively quiet season before the 2024 fantasy football playoffs. After Week 15, Taylor exploded in fantasy production, winning many of his fantasy managers a fantasy championship along the way.
Taylor is the only major presence in the Colts’ backfield entering 2025, so he will produce similar numbers next season. I have faith that Indianapolis will rely on Taylor as their main form of offense next year.
2.05. A.J. Brown
(WR, PHI)
A.J. Brown had a solid fantasy season in 2024, managing to log 2,079 receiving yards in only 13 games. Not much has changed in Philly’s offense, so I expect Brown to return to form in 2025 if he's able to stay healthy.
He will be the top target for quarterback Jalen Hurts, so drafting Brown in the middle of the second round could be a major steal.
2.06. Brock Bowers
(TE, LV)
Brock Bowers was the best tight end in fantasy football as a rookie, finishing with 1,194 receiving yards in his first NFL season. With Genio Smith at quarterback in 2025, Bowers’ fantasy ceiling will be even higher. There is nothing stopping him from finishing as the overall TE1 once again.
2.07. Lamar Jackson
(QB, BAL)
Lamar Jackson was the best quarterback in the entire NFL in 2024, recording 4,172 passing yards, 41 passing touchdowns, and only four interceptions. Jackson also produced 915 rushing yards, providing unreal value to his fantasy managers.
His fantastic passing numbers, along with his elite rushing upside, give Jackson the best chance of anyone to finish as the 2025 overall fantasy QB1.
2.08. Josh Allen
(QB, BUF)
Josh Allen had an electric 2024 fantasy football season. The NFL MVP registered 40 total touchdowns in a season that ended with an overall QB2 fantasy finish.
Allen will likely improve on his passing stats with a young receiver room in 2025. I expect Buffalo’s pass-catchers to continue to step up as the team’s superstar quarterback aims for another MVP award.
2.09. Ladd McConkey
(WR, LAC)
Ladd McConkey was one of the best receivers in fantasy football during his rookie season. The Georgia product established a strong connection with quarterback Justin Herbert early in the season, locking himself in as the team’s top target in the passing game.
McConkey will look to become one of the league’s best slot receivers as he prepares for what will be an outstanding sophomore season.
2.10. Bucky Irving
(RB, TB)
Bucky Irving managed to win Tampa Bay’s starting running back job midway through the season and never gave it back. The former Oregon Duck recorded 5.42 yards per carry and will likely play even more snaps in 2025.
Irving is a safe selection in the second round to be an effective fantasy running back yet again.
2.11. Trey McBride
(TE, ARI)
Trey McBride recently signed a four-year, $76 million extension with the Arizona Cardinals. This well-deserved payday made McBride the highest-paid tight end in NFL history.
The superstar tight end will pick up right where he left off next season and will likely challenge Brock Bowers for the overall fantasy TE1 position.
2.12. Jayden Daniels
(QB, WAS)
Jayden Daniels was the best rookie in the NFL in 2024, leading Washington to the NFC Championship game. The second-overall pick posted 31 total touchdowns in one of the best rookie seasons we’ve ever seen.
He has a real chance to be the best rookie quarterback in 2025. Daniels is well worth a selection in the second round of fantasy drafts.
Riskiest Pick (Round 2)
Jonathan Taylor
If Jonathan Taylor has another slow start to the year in 2025, he may not end up being worth a second-rounder. He is a boom-or-bust selection in fantasy drafts.
Best Potential Value (Round 2)
Brock Bowers
Brock Bowers has already finished as the overall TE1. If he is able to accomplish this again, he is worth an even higher pick than the 2.06. The former Georgia Bulldog is an absolute superstar.
3.01. Josh Jacobs
(RB, GB)
3.02. Terry McLaurin
(WR, WAS)
3.03. Garrett Wilson
(WR, NYJ)
3.04. Kyren Williams
(RB, LAR)
3.05. James Cook
(RB, BUF)
3.06. Tyreek Hill
(WR, MIA)
3.07. Joe Burrow
(QB, CIN)
3.08. Jalen Hurts
(QB, PHI)
3.09. Tee Higgins
(WR, CIN)
3.10. Christian McCaffrey
(RB, SF)
3.11. Chuba Hubbard
(RB, CAR)
3.12. Davante Adams
(WR, LAR)
Riskiest Pick (Round 3)
Christian McCaffrey
After only playing in four games in 2024, Christian McCaffrey is a huge risk heading into next season. If he can stay healthy, he will be amazing for fantasy. If not, he will disappoint managers for the second year in a row.
Best Potential Value (Round 3)
Davante Adams
Davante Adams is still one of the best receivers in the league at 32 years old and will likely receive a lot of volume from Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford in 2025. This could end up being one of the best signings of the offseason when it’s all said and done.
4.01. Zay Flowers
(WR, BAL)
4.02. Marvin Harrison Jr.
(WR, ARI)
4.03. D.J. Moore
(WR, CHI)
4.04. David Montgomery
(RB, DET)
4.05. Jameson Williams
(WR, DET)
4.06. Chase Brown
(RB, CIN)
4.07. Breece Hall
(RB, NYJ)
4.08. Chris Godwin
(WR, TB)
4.09. Najee Harris
(RB, LAC)
4.10. Xavier Worthy
(WR, KC)
4.11. Rashee Rice
(WR, KC)
4.12. Alvin Kamara
(RB, NO)
Riskiest Pick (Round 4)
Jameson Williams
Jameson Williams broke out in 2024 with 1,001 receiving yards. Without Ben Johnson calling offensive plays in 2025, I worry that Jameson Williams won’t have the same impact on the offense.
I expect him to be just as good, this is just a small issue I have with his fantasy outlook.
Best Potential Value (Round 4)
Chris Godwin
Chris Godwin was on a ridiculously productive pace before a dislocated ankle ended his season in Week 7. Assuming he’s fully recovered from the injury, he should be able to have another strong season with Baker Mayfield at the helm of the offense. Godwin could easily outperform his ADP.
5.01. Jordan Addison
(WR, MIN)
5.02. Kenneth Walker III
(RB, SEA)
5.03. DeVonta Smith
(WR, PHI)
5.04. Mike Evans
(WR, TB)
5.05. Chris Olave
(WR, NO)
5.06. D.K. Metcalf
(WR, PIT)
5.07. Sam LaPorta
(TE, DET)
5.08. George Kittle
(TE, SF)
5.09. Courtland Sutton
(WR, DEN)
5.10. James Conner
(RB, ARI)
5.11. Baker Mayfield
(QB, TB)
5.12. Joe Mixon
(RB, HOU)
Riskiest Pick (Round 5)
D.K. Metcalf
Mason Rudolph is currently Pittsburgh’s top quarterback on the depth chart. If they aren’t able to draft one of the top prospects at the position later this month, Metcalf could have a hard time finding fantasy production in his first year as a Steeler.
Best Potential Value (Round 5)
Sam LaPorta
Sam LaPorta has already finished as the overall fantasy TE1 once before, so it’s absolutely in his range of outcomes. He had a strong second half of the 2024 season, so he should finish as a top-five tight end in 2025.
